What's that "noise" coming from my Anolon Accolade?
If you heard an odd noise coming from your Anolon Accolade cookware while in use, there is no need to worry.

The noise is described as giving off a "ting" or "clicking" sound and it is heard when the pans cool down after being heated. The stainless steel and aluminum metals cool at different rates and that is the cause of the "tinging" noise. This is just a natural occurrence due to the two different metals cooling at different rates. Please rest assured that our experts confirm there is nothing wrong with the Accolade pans.  This will also not impact the cookware's function in any way.
