Avoid using metal utensils, which can scratch the cooking surface, and always cook on low to medium heat to avoid damaging the coating.
To furth avoid any chance of cross-contamination when cooking gluten-free, we suggest separating the cookware and utensils used for gluten-free cooking from the other pieces of cookware and utensils that you or your family use.
