Can I cancel an item(s) from my order?

Once your order has been placed and you have received your order number confirmation, we are unable to cancel item(s) from your order. You may cancel your entire order as long as the warehouse has not begun processing it. Please note, this may be soon after the order has been placed. For assistance, contact our Consumer Relations team at 800-388-3872.  Please have your order number ready when calling.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm PT (Pacific Time) excluding holidays.
Please remember our distribution center strives to get your order out within 12-24 hours from the time your order is placed.
