How Do I Care For My Cast Iron Product?

Caring for your cast iron product:

• Cast iron products can break from thermal shock; i.e. placing a very hot pan in cold water.  Always allow your pan to cool before washing. 
• Wash your pan lightly in warm water after each use.  Do not use a scouring pad, stiff brush or detergent, as you want the pan to remain seasoned. 
• Never let pan soak in water and dry well to prevent rust.  Apply a light coating of vegetable oil inside the pan to help maintain the seasoning.
• Always follow the use and care included with your cast iron product.
